This hotel is perfect and fairly clean, has EXCEPTIONALLY KIND staff and amazing location on the Monday everything tasted okay except the sausages which tasted like they were served the day before. It is located right in the heart of the city.

Fabulous hotel in a marvellous place. Plenty of tasty food. Efficient check in and excellent service overall. Easy parking nearby. Easy enough to find, in the heart of Glasgow. Also - short walk to downtown, and the two train stations in Glascow.

Staff were super personal. Location was great. Breakfast was great. Beds were super comfortable. A/C was a treat from other hotels. Best hotel we stayed at in our 2 weeks in Ireland/Scotland.
The lift was painfully slow and continuously backed up as a resulted. Thankfully we were on the second floor.

Took too long to get the room ready to check in . Room service was too slow and it took over an hour for the food to arrive . If you are offering that service and charging premium make sure you have the staff and can cope with the demands . You sell yourself a premier hotel - the service is not .
